An Hour with a C.E.O

On 4th February,2012 we got an appointment to meet Mr. Manavendra Gokhale C.E.O Of Raj Oil Mills Ltd..(a company listed on the Indian Stock Exchange). After narrating him about the project he started asking us questions to know about our ability and understandinng of Management subjects learnt in our b-school so that everyone would be at par when he starts explaining the business insights of running the company. When Mr.Gokhale started we were stunned by his knowledge and how his wide experience has helped him to reach the level of C.E.O at such an early stage of life and on a lighter note how being a C.E.O makes him a lonely person in the office as for his managers he is the BOSS and for him The Board of Directors are the BOSS and there is always as a BOSS and Sub-ordinate kind of atmosphere which he has to deal with.Moving on, Mr.Gokhale had a great sense of story telling which he incorporated while he shared his experience of working and how working smart and hard is important. It was a great experience and thanks to Swapnil we got the opportunity to meet such an influential person.

FAKE WORLD

Fake! Fake!! Fake!!! Fake is just like the air around us we cant feel it but it is all around us. You will definitely find people around you who will fake around about their Status, Lifestyle, Knowledge  and even fake Accent.
These things are fine until it does not hurt you but the worst are FAKE FRIENDS.You will have friends who will laugh with you, share your tiffin, share happiness and even happily accompany you in a boring lecture. But the worst is when you start trusting a Fake friend and that fake friend becomes your Best Friend. So you disclose your secrets to your friend, and that person knows in and out about you.So you trust that person who is SUPPOSED to be your Best Friend only to know that when you need them in crisis they will stab you. An enemy would Stab you from behind but a FAKE FRIEND will stab you in Front.
“Har Ek Friend jaroorri Hota Hai”
                                                            but
kaam ke time woh nahi hota hai!!!

The PROBLEM starts from CHILDHOOD

When a child is born in the family, the parents are really happy and they start thinking that their child would be independent, successful & they would be able to acheive a higher monetary & social status than they have acheived. So, where is the PROBLEM.Like, in most bussiness ideas there is no problem in imaginary planning, the problem is in implementation.
When the kids grow up they do a lot of mischief, get into fights, get into arguments. In these situations what the teachers and the parents do is that they tell them and mould them to follow their instructions without any question. So what you are doing is making them FOLLOWERS whereas you wanted them to become LEADERS.If from childhood they become FOLLOWERS than how can they become LEADERS when they grow up????
